The gourmet restaurant is the chef’s favourite playground, where he and his team can give free rein to their creativity and push back the limits of their know-how. He brings his kitchen to life, selecting his produce every day and renewing his recipes, always executed with the culinary savoir-faire of the finest restaurants. They all embody his style of cooking – a cuisine of excellence, serving taste, based on fresh produce and interpreted by the Alsatian terroir.

On the menu or à la carte, the chef’s cuisine is based on the daily arrival of fresh produce. It is enhanced by precise food and wine pairings, suggested by Charlotte, who knows all the facets of the chef’s cuisine inside out. Martine, for her part, welcomes and organises life in the restaurant, always smiling and caring. Known for her personal and attentive approach to guests, she adapts to each one to ensure they enjoy a unique and authentic gastronomic experience.

A vegetarian menu and a children’s menu underline the family spirit of the restaurant, which is always keen to offer a warm, professional welcome to all its customers.

A culinary identity that can be understood in the light of the terroir that the Chef works with: Alsace and, more particularly, the Valley of Munster, a jewel case of unspoilt nature, are a source of inspiration, a rootedness that Bernard Leray deeply respects because ‘you always need to know where you are’. His cuisine is a highly personal interpretation in which the terroir coexists with a gastronomic culture of excellence.
