Since opening our restaurant in 1995, Martine has selected a wine list that is both extensive in terms of the number of wines on offer and precise in terms of the way in which it matches the Chef’s cuisine. The choice is clear, featuring both benchmark wines and lesser-known ones – free from all constraints to serve only taste – just like Bernard’s cooking.

Charlotte continues this work with passion and attention to detail. Her experience in France and abroad, in Michelin-starred restaurants and wine bars, has given her a broad and in-depth knowledge of the different types of wine and wine-growing regions. Constantly on the lookout for the latest trends and discoveries, she tastes and selects great wines as well as confidential vintages to offer a rigorous and daring selection.

Of course, the wine list gives pride of place to Alsace, where the wines are listed by terroir, as well as to local spirits and eaux-de-vie; but the wines of the Rhône Valley and their parcel selections, Burgundy, Champagne, the Loire, Languedoc, the South-West and Bordeaux are also well represented, along with a few specialities from Corsica, the Jura and abroad. A comprehensive menu to suit all budgets, with the emphasis on good value for money.
